A grassroots nonprofit organization based in Denver, Colorado.  We are building a stronger community and local economy by supporting high school graduates on their path to economic stability and success. 

We aren’t your typical nonprofit. We leverage data, socioeconomics, cross-sector knowledge and collaboration, innovative thinking and community engagement  to make a tangible and sustainable positive impact. We operate with a start-up mentality and are tenacious in our pursuit of social and economic change.
