The Sustainable Impact

Poverty Prevention

Teaching tangible skills that lead to self-reliance helps prevent high school graduates from remaining in or falling into poverty and decreases or eliminates the need for government assistance.

Economic Mobility

Fostering multiple post-secondary pathways creates greater opportunity towards economic mobility for low income and BIPOC populations.

Equity

Fostering the success of ALL high school graduates. Actively supporting all students with their post-secondary transition, not just 60% (the college bound).

Strengthening the Local Economy

Getting more young adults 18 – 24 into the full-time workforce increases their economic prosperity, pours more dollars into the local economy and helps businesses succeed by strengthening and diversifying their workforce.

Dropout Prevention

A high school degree is the doorway, the prerequisite, to real opportunity. These programs incentivize students to stay in school and graduate as they learn that good opportunities truly exist for high school graduates, see peers succeeding after graduating and have access to services supporting their transition into the workforce and adulthood.
